Welcome Parents
When you enter the door at Coralwood you will feel the energy and excitement that makes Coralwood special. Coralwood is more than a community for young students; it is a community for families. Active parent involvement is expected at Coralwood. There are many ways parents may become involved in the school. Parents may help in classrooms, serve on committees, share skills and interests with students or contribute food for the many special occasions. Parents have fun together as they help plan and work at special events. Parents are encouraged to sign up to be a mystery reader, work in the media center or mentor new parents. The list goes on and on.
Volunteering at Coralwood is a great way to get to know the staff and your child’s classmates and to see the school in action. You will also get the opportunity to meet the parents of your child’s classmates. Parents and students make friendships that go beyond the years at Coralwood.
